Jungle Junction's natural setting does the heavy lifting that hotels spend lakhs trying to recreate artificially. The sal forest canopy is your décor. The forest sounds are your ambient music. The night sky is your ceiling.
Our events team has managed ceremonies from intimate 20-person elopements to full 300-guest celebrations with multiple events across 3 days. We handle the entire production — venue setup, catering, accommodation, activity programme, transportation and coordination — so you can be fully present on your day.
We are 30 minutes from Ramnagar town (with strong logistical infrastructure) and 5.5 hours from Delhi — a genuinely viable destination venue without a flight involved.

🌿 Forest Pavilion
Open-air canopy structure within the sal forest. Seats 80–150 for ceremony and reception. String lights, natural wood and forest-floor florals.
🌅 Riverside Lawn
Large flat lawn with partial river views. Capacity 200–300. Ideal for sangeet, mehendi and large receptions with dance floor.
🔥 Bonfire Circle
Intimate evening venue around the fire pit. 30–60 guests. Perfect for small ceremonies, pre-wedding rituals or exclusive family dinners.
Full-Service Wedding Management
Décor & Florals
Forest-theme, bohemian, traditional or contemporary. Fresh flowers, fairy lights, bamboo and reclaimed wood structures. We work with Ramnagar and Delhi-based decorators.
Catering
Multi-course menus, live counters, fusion forest cuisine, traditional Kumaoni thali, bonfire barbecue. Full vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus.
Guest Accommodation
Block booking of all Jungle Junction rooms. Extension accommodation arranged at partner properties in Ramnagar (5–10 km radius) for large guest counts.
Pre-Wedding Shoots
We coordinate with photographers for the best forest light spots — morning golden hour in the sal forest, river bank and meadow settings that are photographer favourites.
Guest Transportation
Bus, tempo traveller and car fleets arranged from Delhi, Ramnagar station or Pantnagar airport. Forest-route convoy coordination managed by our events team.
Guest Activities
Jeep safari, river rafting, nature walks and bonfire evenings for multi-day celebrations. Keeps guests engaged across the entire wedding weekend.
