1. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment (minimum 30% of total stay value) and written confirmation from Jungle Junction. Bookings are non-transferable.

2. Payment

Advance payment of 30% is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival at the property. We accept bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards and cash. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to reservation@junglejunction.in.

• 30+ days before check-in: Full refund of advance payment minus ₹500 processing fee
• 15–29 days before check-in: 50% of advance payment refunded
• 7–14 days before check-in: 25% of advance payment refunded
• Less than 7 days: No refund on advance payment
• No-show: Full booking value charged

Safari permit fees once booked are non-refundable as per Forest Department policy. Package cancellations follow the above policy applied to the total package value.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is 12:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Jungle Junction cannot guarantee room readiness before 12:00 PM.

5. Safari Bookings

Safari permits are booked through the Uttarakhand Forest Department on behalf of guests. Permit availability cannot be guaranteed until actual booking. Jungle Junction acts as a facilitator and is not liable for Forest Department policy changes, zone closures or permit cancellations by the department. Safari fees are in addition to accommodation rates unless stated in a package.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to follow all wildlife reserve regulations. Loud noise, littering, harassment of wildlife, leaving designated vehicle tracks or instructing drivers to do so are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate ejection from the reserve without refund. Jungle Junction reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate property rules or wildlife regulations.

7. Liability

Jungle Junction shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property during the stay, safaris or activities. Participation in adventure activities is at the guest's own risk. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a physician before participating in physical activities. Jungle Junction maintains guest liability insurance as required by law.

8. Privacy

Guest information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ramnagar, Uttarakhand.
